So...Does Rush Have Health Care Coverage or Does He Pay Cash?

I'm guessing he can afford both, though cash is untraceable. I also found this interesting:

After he played a round of golf that morning, by the way. We do wish him well, healthwise. Chest pains can be frightening. We're going to guess his diet isn't the most pristine, so maybe the boy CAN change something in his life.

Rush hates our troops and doesn't care if they live or die. I don't care if he lives or dies. I believe that if you spew as much hate and vitriol as he has there is no need to waste any feelings on him. Too many Americans are suffering due to the republican hate destroyed economy for me to waste thoughts on him.
