The Questions Were Addressed

With their now-typical lack of irony, the shriekers on the right are bitching about how "friendly" the New Hampshire crowd was with President Obama today. Their hero Bush never pre-screened an audience, did he?

But in reality, a civil crowd did allow the asking of just about every question the teabaggers and their minions have been shouting over their local representatives and anyone who dares to oppose them. They could finally be framed in a calm and civil manner...and he answered every one of them head-on.

Still, I know it doesn't matter to the Hostile Right because everything Obama says - no matter how truthful it is - is a lie to these people. That's the part of the whole thing that's sad in our view. They got their questions answered, but they'll be thoroughly convinced he's bullshitting them. There's no fixing stupid, and there's no breaking down a wall around a closed mind.

It's just like the birther. It doesn't matter if Obama could let them touch his original birth certificate or talk to attending Drs. or nurses. They'd still say that it was a fake and the people were lying.
